When you are trying to reach your goal, one of the greatest problems you need to deal with is your past experiences. Past experiences should help you attain your goals. These experiences are opportunities where you can learn things not delay you from reaching your goal.  Here are some tips you should carefully consider when dealing with past experiences. 1. Negative past experiences caused by other people.  These past experiences should be dealt with accordingly.  Never allow these experiences to stop you from reaching your goal. 2.  Most of the time you will encounter difficulties especially when you are trying to reach a particular goal in your life.  As mentioned before in one of my postings, you really have to deal with difficulties as challenges.  While you encounter such challenges in your desire to reach a goal, there is the tendency to worry because we don't see clearly certain things in the future. 1. WORRYING IS A WASTE OF TIME. The best way to approach this situation is to turn WORRIES into OPPORTUNITIES.  When you worry, you waste so much time and at the same time you destroy much creativity which is needed for you to achieve your goal. The world in which we live is full of noise. A variety of noise can be found everywhere you go.  It is important to identify immediately the different noises in our lives because we really need silence in order to achieve our goals. Focus on your Target

One of the most difficult thing in achieving a goal is when you focus on your target. It is difficult when you put your best efforts at focusing on your goal and then you miss the target.  Just imagine yourself hitting the bull's eye in a dart game. You have been focusing but it seems you are missing the target.  Give your best shot as you follow the rules of reaching your goal, 1. When you are trying to achieve a goal, you will encounter a lot of challenges and hindrances.  Always remember that these difficulties are part of achieving a goal in life.  Frustrations come when you give in to such challenges and hindrances because you consider them as negative things which delays you from achieving a goal.
