You need to be in top shape if you want to reach your goal in life.  It will be difficult to accept that after you reach success, you end up paying for it because you have sacrificed your health.  A lot of people became successful at the price of going to the hospital and is now bedridden. 

3. Healthy Mind: Always fill your mind with good things.  A healthy mind brings you closer to understanding the different ways of achieving your goal. Avoid worrying at all times.
