Obstacles in Life are Tests...

Obstacles in life are tests of who you really are.  If you don't like the results of a test, you can change your actions so the next test yield better results. Hence, we should welcome obstacles in life, especially when it seems like you want to give up.  Most of the things you have learned in life are the things you have learned in dealing with obstacles.

1.  Identify immediately the obstacle your facing.  Are the obstacles internal or external? Is coming from outside you or does it have something to do with yourself.  If the obstacle you are facing is something external the best way is to do everything possible to deal with obstacle.  You may seek the help of others.  If the obstacle is something within you and has something to do with yourself, you will have to be honest with yourself. Acceptance is the key to success.

2. Focus on solutions.  It will be a waste of time just focusing on the obstacle.  Think of ways how you can positively deal with it.   A good number of solutions are options which will enable you to solve problems immediately.

3. Learn from mistakes.  The best way is to treat obstacles as test where you can learn a lot of things. Never repeat the same mistake again but always become better after dealing with an obstacle.
