Achieving Success

The best way to achieve success is to start with oneself. It begins with the way you think.  There should be a balance between your thinking and feeling.  Always start with thinking about success. These things you have to consider. 1. Define your Idea of Success.  What is your idea of success?  What is your definition of success? What is your Success Formula? People have different views regarding the meaning of success. 2. Evaluate your Idea of Success.  Compare your idea of success with other definitions of success.  You may even want to try to see if your formula really works by sharing it with someone who is already successful.  Read more books about people who became successful. Identify the similarities and differences. 3.Re-formulate your Idea of Success.  After you have defined and formulated your idea of success, you have to re-formulate it according to what you have learned.  You can always repeat this process.

Being Calm amidst Stress

When you are doing your best to reach a goal, the journey might be difficult. Dealing with difficult situations might be very stressful. Stress will affect the way you will handle all your activities and decision making. It will also hamper your creativity because it will cloud your way of thinking. There are ways of being calm amidst stress. 1. Avoid people who are pessimistic. You need all the help you can get.  Be sure that you surround yourself with people who are very optimistic.  These are people who are really serious about helping you achieve your goal and will provide with the right suggestions instead of putting you down. 2. Take time to relax.  Relaxation time is not a waste of time.  You might just want to walk around the park or sing a song.  You might want to paint a picture or just take photos with your camera.  Relaxing gives your mind the needed rest so that you can focus again in reaching your goal. 3. Dealing with Changes

You will definitely experience a certain situation in life when everything seems to be working well with the way you do things on a regular basis when suddenly in an instant life changes. If by force of circumstance you are removed from your job without any obvious negative reason, then, you will have to face this reality that you will have to deal with changes in your life. When the tides of change are forcing you to give up certain things even if they are good, remember that life always have something better in store for you.  There are better opportunities ahead of you. 1. Evaluate:  Give an honest assessment of the way you do things. You might learn something new in this process and apply it in your life.
