Mindless Chatter detrimental to achieving goals

 


 One of the worst enemies of achieving a goal is what we call 'Mindless Chatter.'  The greatest problem of mindless chatter is that it uses too much energy and will send vibrations into your self.

Mindless Chatter are uncontrolled thoughts coming from the subconscious which drains of your mental and emotional resources if left unchecked.

A continuous mindless chatter will use up most of your mental energies and will draw you towards another path which are sometimes entirely different from your goals. 

1. You are in control.   Don't give your mind chatter an opportunity to possess power in your life.

Thoughts produces energies that will help you achieve your goals.  Stop mindless chatter and think of things that will help you grow and achieve your goal.

2. You are priceless.  Mindless chatter can destroy your well-being because they have no direction and can produce too much stress.  You are your own treasure.  Focus on taking care of yourself by not giving in mindless chatter.

3. You replace mindless chatter with positive words. The best way is to tell your mindless chatter to stop and start replacing them with positive words which come from real awareness and not uncontrolled motion.

Achieving goals need a certain form of discipline and pattern.  Mindless chatter destroys any pattern which could lead you towards success.  Avoid it at all cost.
