Dealing with Negative Emotions

       As human beings, we are bombarded by many different situations in the course of our lifetime.  On a daily basis, we have to deal with a number of people, unexpected scenarios, and the daily challenges of dealing with work.  Such a situation could touch on a particular issue in your life and this triggers negative emotions that you also have to deal with. We should always be reminded that as human beings, we have the capacity to make our own choices. This brings us closer to the reality that we can honestly deal with negative emotions. 1. Understanding the source of negative emotions. What caused or triggered your negative emotion?
