       As human beings, we are bombarded by many different situations in the course of our lifetime.  On a daily basis, we have to deal with a number of people, unexpected scenarios, and the daily challenges of dealing with work.  Such a situation could touch on a particular issue in your life and this triggers negative emotions that you also have to deal with. We should always be reminded that as human beings, we have the capacity to make our own choices. This brings us closer to the reality that we can honestly deal with negative emotions. 1. Mindless Chatter detrimental to achieving goals

   One of the worst enemies of achieving a goal is what we call 'Mindless Chatter.'   The greatest problem of mindless chatter is that it uses too much energy and will send vibrations into your self. Mindless Chatter are uncontrolled thoughts coming from the subconscious which drains of your mental and emotional resources if left unchecked. A continuous mindless chatter will use up most of your mental energies and will draw you towards another path which are sometimes entirely different from your goals.  1. You are in control .   Don't give your mind chatter an opportunity to possess power in your life.
